I dislike Valentines day

Listen Closely,

I am not one of those people that oooh and awww over valentines day. Valentines day is nothing, but a day for people to show off what they have to the people who don't have what they have. Understand? All of these people buying gifts and chocolates and placing reservations at nice resturants on a particular day makes me sick. I can't stand people gloating. Valentines day sucks because when you don't have anybody it is FORCED in your face to remind you how pathetic you are because you aren't part of the elite Valentine gang. Actually, this day just emphasises what everyday really is when you don't have anybody to call your own. I have personal reason to hate valentines. About two people in my past, at different times, chose this particular day to dump me. I know it sounds like I'm whining, well to those who think I am whining I say get over it. You are probably one of those people who have somebody and has something in mind for that unfortunate day. I am not a bad guy. I'm sure if I had somebody I wouldn't mind it so much, but for now I can't stand it. You can call me the Valentine Grinch if you want, I don't care. I guess I dislike seeing people have what I don't have and it bothers me. It's not fair. Why do they have to have a specific day where all the lovers have to show off? I will never understand that. One day I might, but for now...oh well.
